Terms and conditions of sale of property:-

1. The bid form can be obtained from the organization's office, Pokhara Municipal Corporation, Ward No. 11, Ranipauwa, Kaski, by paying only Rs. 100.00 (Rs. one hundred rupees in characters), which is non-refundable.

2. The amount you bid for must be clearly stated in figures and words on the bid form.

3. The amount of at least 10 percent of the bid amount along with the bid should be deposited in the account no. of this organization, Garima Bikas Bank Ltd., Pokhara branch.

00700100686390000001 in the name of the bidder and the original deposit voucher, a check (Good For Payment) issued in the name of the organization, a check payable to this cooperative organization or a check payable to a recognized bank and financial institution must be submitted along with the sealed bid. No interest will be calculated on the amount deposited as security.

4. The sealed bid will be opened on the 8th day (2083/03/16) from the date of publication of the notice at 3:00 PM at the offices of this organization in Pokhara, Ranipauwa, Kaski in the presence of government representatives and dignitaries. If the day of bid opening falls on a public holiday, the bid will be opened on the next day at the same place and time as the office is open. The bidders must be present on the day of bid opening, but the absence of bidders will not be considered as an obstacle to the opening of bids.

5. If it is decided to sell the movable and immovable property registered in the name of this organization to the highest bidder, the remaining amount must be deposited with this organization within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notice and the movable/immovable property that has been bid must be accepted in the same condition as it is. If the remaining amount is not deposited within the said period, the amount deposited as security will automatically be forfeited. No further complaint will be entertained in this regard.

6. Bids submitted after the due date or after the deadline will automatically be cancelled.

7. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

8. If the auction is not completed, the auction will continue the next day.

9. The registration fees, government fees and all other liabilities incurred while registering movable/immovable property in the name of the accepted bidder will have to be borne by the bidder himself.

10. Other conditions will be as mentioned in the bid form.
