Since the property is to be sold by this sealed bid, firms, companies, organizations and dignitaries who are interested in purchasing the said property are invited to submit their confidential sealed bids within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice by duly filling up the bid form received from this organization and subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the details. The bids received will be opened on the 16th day at the office of the organization, Pokhara-11, Ranipauwa. Interested buyers, bidders and all concerned are hereby informed to be present on the date and time mentioned in the details.

Conditions Restrictions :-

1. The bid form can be obtained from the organization's office, Pokhara Municipal Corporation Ward No. 11, Ranipauwa, Kaski, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred in characters).

2. The amount you bid must be clearly stated in figures and words on the bid form.

3. Along with the bid, a deposit amount of at least 10 percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the account of this organization's Garima Bikas Bank Ltd. Pokhara Branch 0070010068639000001 in the name of the bidder and the original deposit voucher, Good For Payment check issued in the name of the organization or a check payable to this cooperative organization or a check payable to a recognized bank or financial institution, sealed, should be submitted along with the bid. No interest will be calculated on the amount deposited as deposit.

4. The sealed bid will be opened at 3:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of publication of the notice in the presence of government representatives and dignitaries at the office of this organization in Pokhara, Ranipauwa, Kaski. If the day of bid opening falls on a public holiday, the bid will be opened at the same place and time on the next day when the office is open. The bidders must be present on the day of bid opening, but the absence of the bidders will not be considered an impediment to opening the bid.

5. If it is decided to sell the movable/immovable property registered in the name of this organization to the highest bidder, the remaining amount must be deposited with this organization within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice and the movable/immovable property promised must be accepted in its present condition. If the remaining amount is not deposited within the said period, the amount deposited as security will be automatically forfeited. No complaint will be made later on.

6. Bids submitted without due date or before the deadline will be automatically cancelled.

7. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

8. If the auction is not completed, the auction will continue the next day.

9. The successful bidder will have to bear all registration fees/government charges and other liabilities incurred while registering/deregistering movable/immovable property in the name of the successful bidder.

10. The terms and conditions will be as mentioned in the bid form.
