Conditions Restrictions :-

1. The bid form can be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 100/00 (Rs. one hundred in characters) only from the organization's office, Pokhara Municipal Corporation Ward No. 11, Ranipauwa, Kaski.

2. The amount bid must be clearly stated in figures and words on the bid form.

3. Along with the bid, a deposit amount of at least 10 percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the account of this organization's Garima Bikas Bank Ltd. Pokhara Branch 0070010068639000001 in the name of the bidder and the original deposit voucher, a check (Good For Payment) issued in the name of the organization or a check payable to this cooperative organization or a check payable to a recognized bank or financial institution, sealed, should be submitted along with the bid. No interest will be calculated on the amount deposited as deposit.

4. The sealed bid will be opened at 3:00 PM on the 8th day from the date of publication of the notice in the presence of government representatives and dignitaries at the office of this organization in Pokhara, Ranipauwa, Kaski. If the day of bid opening falls on a public holiday, the bid will be opened at the same place and time on the next day when the office is open. The bidders must be present on the day of bid opening, but the absence of the bidders will not be considered an obstacle to opening the bid.

5. If the decision is made to sell the movable/immovable property registered in the name of this organization to the highest bidder, the remaining amount must be deposited with this organization within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice and the movable/immovable property accepted by the organization must be accepted in the same condition as it is. If the remaining amount is not deposited within the said period, the amount deposited as security will be automatically forfeited. No complaint will be made in this regard later.

6. Bids submitted after the due date or before the deadline will be automatically cancelled.

7. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

8. If the auction is not completed, the auction will continue the next day.

9. The registration fee/government fee and all other liabilities etc. incurred in the event of cancellation of registration/registration of movable/immovable property in the name of the accepted bidder shall be borne by the bidder himself.

10. The terms and conditions will be as mentioned in the bid form.
