As per the provisions of Section 62 A of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Section 7 (2) of the Provincial Economic Act, 2082, the contract has to be arranged to excavate riverine products from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the details as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by the province. Therefore, interested firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching certified copies of the firm's renewal certificate, M.A. Tax Registration Certificate, Tax Payment Certificate of A.B. 2080/081 and Nepali Citizenship Certificate, subject to the conditions as per the details. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
