operation of cafeteria in school building

Since the cafeteria built in the premises of this Shaheed Krishnasen Multi-Technical School has to be operated for the trainees, instructors/employees and guardians, service recipients studying in the school subject to the conditions of the details, interested firms are invited to register their duly sealed bids with the administration of this school by 12:00 PM on 2082/05/26, which will be 15 days after the first published notice. The bids will be opened on the same date at 01:00 by the evaluation committee formed at the school in the presence of the concerned firm/individual or their representatives.

Details

1. No fee/rent is required for using the cafeteria building.

2. Before entering into an agreement between the school and the administrator, the administrator must deposit Rs. 20,000 (Rs. twenty thousand in cash only) as specified by the school.

3. A separate electricity meter will be installed for the restaurant and the restaurant operator will be responsible for paying 50 percent of the bill amount raised on that meter.

4. The school will arrange for the chairs, tables and chairs required for the cafeteria.

5. The operator himself must make the necessary arrangements for the rent for the cafeteria.

6. A copy of the firm registration certificate, tax payment certificate, director's citizenship certificate, and PAN registration certificate should be attached along with the sealed envelope.

7. Other matters will be as per the agreement.
