Since the materials mentioned in the bid form including necessary food grains, cleaning materials, meat, cooking gas, vegetables and fruits are required to be purchased in the fiscal year 082/83 for 278 residential students and teaching staff (20 from Social Development Office, Rajpur Doti and seven from Bogtan Fusil Rural Municipality) at Shree Shahid Memorial Residential Secondary School, Dipayal, Siliguri Municipality, Rajpur 04, Doti, subject to the terms and conditions of the tender, bids are invited from interested firms, companies, agents, suppliers and authorized vendors to reach Shree Shahid Memorial Residential Secondary School, Rajpur, Doti within 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice.

Details

1. A copy of the original bank voucher, application for purchase of the bid, company license, permanent account number, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 080/081, deposited in the current account No. 4300100001059001 of the Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dipayal branch of this school, for the supply of goods within 31 days from the date of publication of this bid notice, should be submitted along with the bid form, sealed.

2. If the bidder is unable to be present to purchase the bid, the bid may be purchased in the name of the authorized person. However, one firm in such authorized person shall be valid only for one person.

3. The bids can be registered by filling in the blanks of the purchased bids and signing each page by 12 noon on the 31st day or, if that day falls on a holiday, by 12 noon on the next day, that is, the day after the office opens, by the school's accounting department. The bids registered in this way will be opened in the presence of the bidders at the school on the same day at 3 pm. Even if the bidders are not present on that day and time, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

4. While submitting the bid, 2.5 percent of the amount to be deposited in the bid form should be deposited in the account number mentioned in Case 1 of Rastriya Banijya Bank Dipayal in the name of this school and the original voucher or an original copy of an unconditional bank guarantee (bid bond) with a validity of at least 120 days from an approved commercial bank should be submitted along with the bid.

5. When submitting the bid for registration, the name of the item to be bid for should be clearly written on the top of the bid envelope, along with the name, address, and phone number of the bidder and sent to the school.

6. The bidder must clearly state the rate he has agreed to in figures and letters without any errors. In case of any discrepancy between figures and letters, the letters will be considered valid.

7. The bidder will have to pay all taxes payable to the Government of Nepal.

8. Necessary checks will be conducted to ensure the quality of the goods supplied.

9. Bids can be submitted for a single item or for more than one item of your choice.

The company, firm, supplier or agent submitting the bid must supply the goods to this school.

11. The school reserves the right to accept or reject the bids received in whole or in part.

12. The quantity of materials in the bid form may be increased or decreased by 15 percent.

13. Any other matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the prevailing law.

No action will be taken against bids that are incomplete or have exceeded the deadline.
