This 15 (fifteen) day public notice regarding auction sale of the non-banking property mentioned in the schedule, registered in the name of this Development Bank, is hereby published for sale through a secret sealed bid in accordance with the rules and regulations of the bank and the prevailing laws. Since the non-banking property mentioned in the schedule will be sold through a secret sealed bid within the specified time, in the same condition as it is, by exercising the powers granted by the Banking and Financial Institutions Act and other prevailing laws, the non-banking property mentioned in the schedule will be sold through a secret sealed bid. Any person, firm, company or other organized organization interested in purchasing and acquiring the said property through a secret sealed bid is hereby invited to purchase the bid form from any branch/regional office of this Development Bank and submit the sealed bid application to the Debt Recovery Unit at the central office within the office hours of the last day for submission of bids, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions:

1. The bid must be submitted accepting the property to be sold in its "as is" condition.

2. The bid form can be purchased from any branch office of this bank by depositing a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000.- (One thousand in words only) in the account number 999-9307401050101 "SDBL - Other Non-Operating Income" of this bank and showing the original voucher. While purchasing, it should be ensured that each page of the bid form has the bank's seal. A bid form without the bank's seal will not be considered official.

3. The bid form must include the necessary details of the property you want to buy in a clear and understandable manner. The rate should be written clearly in figures and letters. If there is a difference between the figures and letters, the one written in letters will be accepted. It is mandatory to sign where there is a mark. A bid submitted in a way that is too markup and the price agreed upon is not understood will not be accepted.

4. In the bid form, the details of the property you want to buy should be filled in based on the notice published by this bank. 5. Along with the bid, at least 10 percent of the amount you have bid should be deposited in Account No. 999-9206501070501 "SADBL - Auction Deposit (Lilami)" from any branch/regional/central office of this bank along with the original copy of the voucher receipt along with the original copy of the voucher should be submitted to the Debt Recovery Unit of the central office of this bank.

6. If the last day for submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the bids must be submitted to the Debt Recovery Unit of the Central Office of this Bank within the office hours of the office opening on the day immediately following the holiday.

7. The bids received will be opened at the central office of this bank during office hours on the next day after the last day for submission of bids (if that day falls on a public holiday, the office will be opened on the next day). The bidders or their representatives are requested to be present. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives and other dignitaries, but the absence of the bidders or their representatives will not prevent the bids from being opened.

When submitting the bid form, each page of this bid form must be signed and sealed.

9. If you wish to inspect the property to be auctioned or to obtain further information about the property to be auctioned, you may contact the Debt Recovery Unit at the Central Office during office hours prior to submitting your bid and inspect the property in its present condition in coordination with the nearest branch office where the property is located. It must be accepted in the same condition and quantity.

10. Bids that are incomplete or have been received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids submitted with any conditions by the bidder will not be accepted.

11. The bidder will be informed whether the bid has been accepted or not and the bidder whose bid is accepted will have to deduct the deposit amount from the bid amount within the date specified by the bank and pay the remaining amount and transfer the above-mentioned properties to his/her name. If the remaining amount is not paid within the above-mentioned deadline, the bid will be cancelled and the deposit amount will be forfeited.

12. The bidder shall bear all government fees, including registration fees, as per the rules and regulations of the Government of Nepal and prevailing laws, and all other dues to be paid by the bidder himself. 13. In the bid, the bidder shall submit a copy of the citizenship certificate if he is an individual and a copy of the registration certificate, tax registration certificate if he is a firm/company/institution, and updated documents showing necessary authority such as the decision of the board of directors for institutional representation.

14. When submitting the bid, the envelope should be sealed and the date of the auction notice issued should be indicated on the outside and the name "Application for Purchase of Non-Banking Property in the Name of the Bank" should be mentioned.

15. No changes shall be made to the amount or terms mentioned in the bid after the bid is submitted. Also, the deposit amount shall not be refunded until the bid is accepted or rejected. No interest shall be paid on the said deposit amount. 16. Any bid submitted after the due date or after the deadline shall be automatically cancelled.

17. The Bank reserves the right to accept/reject the bids submitted in whole or in part and the Bank shall not be required to assign any reason for such rejection. The properties to be sold may be sold to one bidder or to separate bidders. 18. The security deposit deposited by the rejected/cancelled bidders shall be refunded through the Manager's Cheque (Account Payee) of the Bank.

19. The auction may be stopped if an order to stop the auction is received from a court or other authorized body.
