Notice regarding invitation of confidential sealed bids for the sale of vehicles

As the vehicles purchased by this Development Bank for its own purposes and currently in operation at the specified branch offices will be sold through confidential sealed bid, interested individuals, firms or companies are hereby requested to submit sealed bids to the General Administration Department, Central Office of this Bank, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions.

Condition restrictions

1. Sealed bids can be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to the Bank's Central Office, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, General Administration Department, Baluwatar, up to 3:00 PM.

2. The bid form will be available from the General Administration Department, Central Office of this bank, upon payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) to the account number (999-9105801070201).

3. Bids may be submitted for one or all vehicles.

4. Along with the bid, an original bank voucher showing a cash deposit of 10 percent of the amount bid in this bank's account number 999-9307401050101 or a good for payment A/C Payee Cheque drawn in the name of this bank from a bank or financial institution should be enclosed.

5. The tenders received will be opened at the Central Office of this Bank, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, on 16 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice and if that day falls on a holiday, on the next working day thereafter at 3:00 PM. However, their absence will not prevent the tenders from being opened.

6. If the bid is accepted, the bidder must deposit the remaining amount in the bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the notice of acceptance. Otherwise, the amount deposited as security will be forfeited.

7. The interested buyer must purchase the vehicle in the condition it is in. Those who wish to inspect the vehicle on site may contact the relevant branch offices of this bank.

8. The price of the vehicle to be purchased must be clearly stated in the bid form in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy, the words will be given priority. 9

10. This bank reserves the right to reject or accept or reject any or all bids received, with or without assigning any reason.

No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline or without due process and those with conditions.

11. Other provisions related to the bid will be as mentioned in the bid form provided by the bank.
