Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd invites sealed bid proposals from interested firms/companies for insurance services for Medical Insurance of its staffs.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Bidders must submit the following documents:

a) PAN/VAT Certificate

Inews

b) Firm/Company Registration (renewed)

c) Audited Balance Sheet of the previous two years

d) Tax Clearance Certificate (Updated)

e) List of Prime Customers

f) Company Profile

g) Self-Declaration of not being Black listed or under any legal prosecution

2. The form of quotation must be collected from the General Administration Department, Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd.

3. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressing Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd, General Administration Department, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal with the bidder's name and address. The sealed quotation should reach the General Administation Department, Shangri-la Development Bank, Baluwatar, Kathmandu not later than 21th Shrawan, 2082. Bid documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

4. The Bank reserves the rights to accept or reject in part or whole of any sealed documents without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not compelled to accept the lowest bid.
