2. Contract number of Project Upgrading of Krishnabhakta Marga is corrected as SMO/82-83/02 for notice published dated 2082/04/28.

3. No excuse is given to bidder who fails to complete the work in given time line without suitable reason. The Bidder is advised to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings (and obtain for itself, on its own risk and responsibility,) for all information like availability of material of specification, transporting distance, working easiness in site, future escalation in cost that may be necessary for preparing the bid, quoting the bid rate and entering into a Contract for construction of the Works.

4. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Noncompliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.
