3. If the last date of purchasing and or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

4. Bid Validity Period: 90 days from Bid Submission due date & Bid Security Validity Period: Minimum 30 days beyond Bid Validity Period.

5. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 (With latest amendment) Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (With latest amendment) and other prevailing Rules and Regulations of Nepal.
