Supply and delivery of Feed (Pellet) for animals at SGRP

Since the procurement of ready-made feed for sheep and goats in this program for the financial year 2082/83 is to be done through electronic means, bids are invited from the manufacturers and authorized sales firms licensed by the Government of Nepal, subject to the following conditions. You are requested to download the bid documents from the PPMO website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np and submit them through E-bidding. For any other information, you can contact us during office hours.

1) The following documents must be submitted to prove the basis for the acceptance of the bid and such basis.

a) Certified copy of the certificate of registration of the firm/organization or corporation.

b) Certified copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate.

c) Certified copy of tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082.

d) Self-declaration letter.

2) For the purchase of the tender, the above-mentioned documents must be attached, the purchase and tender must be registered within the specified time by depositing the cash amount as per the schedule.

3) When mentioning the rate in the bid, it should be written clearly in both numbers and words. In case of any discrepancy between numbers and words, the rate written in words will be accepted.

4) The amount towards the purchase fee of the tender document should be deposited in cash in Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Jumla Account No: 4030100000063001 Name of office: Bheda Tatha Bhakhra Anu. Kendra, Guthichaur-04, Jumla. and the original bank voucher should be submitted along with the tender document.

5) The bid security amount should be deposited in cash in the Current Account No. 403010010203000 (Office Code 312416204) of the Office of the Controller of Accounts, Deposit Account, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Jumla or a bank guarantee issued by commercial banks in the name of this program, valid for at least 75 days from the last date of submission of bids, must be attached.

6) Bids purchased in the name of one firm cannot be submitted in the name of another firm.

7) If the day of purchase and submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the office will be open on the next working day at the same time. 8) This program reserves the right to accept/partially accept or reject any bid.

9) Bids must be submitted through E-bidding http://www.bolpatra.gov.np by 12:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice.

10) Except as otherwise mentioned in this notice, matters other than those mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the Public Procurement Act 2063 BS and the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 BS and other prevailing laws.
