Guidelines for Purchase and Submission of Sealed Bids

1. A complete set of bidding documents (soft copy) may be purchased from either of the above-mentioned offices upon submission of a written application, along with a copy of the firm/company registration certificate, and original deposit slip of a non-refundable bid document fee till 10 February 2026 (2082-10-27) at 4:00 PM.

2. Sealed bids are required to be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of the Bidding Document by hand to the office of Shilichong Club Social Development Centre (SCSDC), Chandani Chowk, Khandbari-1, Sankhuwasabha, or Shanti Volunteer Association (SVA), Maharajgunj-3, Kathmandu, by 11 February 2026 (2082-10-28) at 4:00 PM. Bids received after the deadline shall be rejected.

3. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 AM on 13 February 2026 (2082-11-01) at the office of SCSDC, Chandani Chowk, Khandbari-1, Sankhuwasabha. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the opening of the bid and must be accompanied by original copy of bid security, amounting as mentioned above form "A" Class Commercial bank of Nepal, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

4. If the last date of purchasing or submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered the last date.

5. The tender management committee reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all the submitted bids received under this tender process.
