2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Shivasatakshi Municipality, Jhapa, Phone No: 023470323 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder must download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,.. Bidders must submit their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 2025/09/03 (2082/05/18) at 8.00 A.M. on Technical Department of Shivasatakshi Municipality.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 P.M. on 2025/09/12 (2082/05/27). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 P.M. on 2025/09/12 (2082/05/27). at the office of Chief Executive Officer of Shivastakshi Municipality. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format, which must be deposited to Dharauti Account No: 29601400000048 on the behalf of Shivasatakshi Municipality at Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, Byangdada Branch amounting to a minimum of as stated above in bullet no 1, or bid bond authorized from a recognized "A" class commercial or financial institution eligible to issue bank guarantee as per prevailing law of Nepal. The Bid security amount stated above shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period.

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. Bid should comply in all respects with the instruction to Bidder included in the bid document no compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.

9. All the other condition of bidding process will be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.

10. Shivasatakshi Municipality reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
