The land to the south of the office of the organization located in Madhyapur Thimi Sub-district, Bhaktapur District, registered in the Land Revenue Office, Bhaktapur, in the name of this Cooperative Society Limited, has been published in the Annapurna National Daily Newspaper on 06/03/2081 and 29/05/2081 for the first time and since sufficient bids were not submitted for the second time, bids have been invited for the re-sale of the immovable property (land) remaining for sale. Individuals, organizations, firms or companies interested in purchasing the property (land) have been published in this public notice to submit confidential sealed bids for the purchase within 7 days (office time on 16/03/2082) from the date of publication of this notice. Since the terms and conditions of the bid and the complete details of the lands have been posted in the Annapurna Post, the national daily newspaper dated 06/03/2081 and on the notice board of the organization, this notice has been re-published to submit bids through the same terms and procedure.
