Since 18 sweepers are required to provide 8-hour daily cleaning work around the Boudhanath area under the Shree Boudhanath Area Development Committee and the purchase of the necessary electric vehicles for the committee's office is to be done through sealed bids with a stamp of Rs. 10 from the firms/companies recognized by the Government of Nepal mentioned in the details, sealed bids are invited as per the details mentioned in the details.

1. The bidder shall submit the following documents along with the bid to prove the basis of eligibility of the bid and such basis. (a) Certified copy of the proof of registration of firm, organization or company, (b) Certified copy of M.A.K. Registration Certificate and PAN Certificate, (c) Certified copy of Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081 (d) Letter of Bid (e) Power of Attorney of bid signatory (f) J.V. agreement (J V Bids only) (g) Bid security (Bank Guarantee)

2. Interested firms should submit their application for the sealed bid form along with the following fees for the procurement of 18 sweepers to provide 8 hours of cleaning work daily around the Boudhanath area under the Boudhanath Area Development Committee and the required electric vehicles at the committee's office within the 35th day from the date of publication of this notice and register the bid by 12:00 PM on the 36th day. The bid will be opened at the committee's office at 2:00 PM on the same day. The bid envelope should clearly state what the bid is about.

3. Sealed bids received within the deadline shall be opened in the presence of the bidder or his authorized representative. There shall be no impediment to the opening of bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present.

4. The amount mentioned below shall be paid in cash or a copy of the bank guarantee (build bond) issued in the name of this committee from a recognized bank of “A” class without deducting it. The bank guarantee (build bond) shall be submitted for a period of 120 days from the date of submission of the bid. For cash security, a deposit amount of 2.5 percent of the total contract cost shall be deposited in the account number 04010110 99701 of Shree Boudhanath Kshetra Bikas Samiti at Nabil Bank, Bouddha Branch.

5. The item-wise rate in the bid should be written in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the one written in words will be accepted.

6. If the last day for purchasing, opening and submitting bids falls on a holiday, the day following that day will be considered the last day.

7. Bids that are not duly filled, sealed, and submitted within the deadline will not be accepted.

8. All rights to accept or reject the bid shall be reserved by the Shri Boudhanath Area Development Committee.

9. All taxes levied as per the rules will have to be borne by the bidder himself.

10. The signature of the bidder and the seal of the firm must be affixed on each page of the bid document filled in by the firm in whose name the bid was sold.

11. Other terms and conditions other than the above terms and conditions and quantity of goods will be specified in the bidding document. For further information, contact the office of Shri Boudhanath Area Development Committee.

12. The bid form fee must be submitted in cash to the committee office, otherwise the committee will not be responsible.
