According to the decision of the School Management Committee meeting held on 25/01/2082 to invite bids

for the operation of the smart toilet built on the land adjacent to the road in front of the school owned by Shree Janata Model Secondary School, Biratnagar-2

, which will be open to the general public and open to the public by renting the school's shutters, any Nepali citizen who wants to operate the toilet on a contract basis may submit a confidential sealed application to the school within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the terms and conditions specified.

1. A person wishing to contract a toilet must make a monthly payment of not less than Rs. 5000/-.

2. The toilet contractor must allow school shutter users to use the toilet free of charge.

3. The toilet operator will have to clean the toilet themselves.

4. The operator will have to bear the expenses incurred in managing the lighting and water used in the toilet.

5. The contractor will be responsible for the safety of the taps, faucets, water tanks, etc. installed in the toilet.

6. Applications received after the due date and without the required due date will not be registered.

7. The sealed applications received for registration at the school will be opened in the presence of the applicants. The date and time of opening the sealed applications will be informed to the applicants later.
