The land registered in the name of this school, Haraicha 2(a) 155, 2-11-10 and Haraicha 3(b) K.No. 5, 0-9-2.5, is 2082-02-14. As per the decision of the B.S.C., the minimum per bigah is 30,000.- (thirty thousand rupees) per bigah, and the bids are invited from the interested parties within the 14th day from today, giving priority to the higher rate of the land.

1. The notice will be opened within fifteen days from the date of publication.

2. The bidder must submit a photocopy of his/her citizenship.

2. Bids submitted for registration will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the fifteenth day.

4. Incomplete bids will not be processed.

5. Other procedures will be in accordance with the Act and Regulations relating to the financial administration of the school and the Government of Nepal.
