Notice inviting open/postal bidding process for the

Arrangement of fishing contract for Volhi Pond

In the above regard, as the fishing contract for the Bholhi Pond under the control of this school is about to expire on 2082/06/13, a new contract for the next 5 years has to be signed on 2082/06/10. Therefore, open bids are invited subject to the following written conditions.

1. The open mail auction process will proceed in the premises of Shree Kishori Janata Secondary School as per the notice schedule called for the open mail auction process.

2. If the person who wants to participate in the open postal auction process is a Nepali citizen, he/she will have to deposit a cash deposit of 5 (five percent) of the amount he/she bid. After the bid is accepted, he/she will have to come to sign the contract within 7 days of receiving the letter. If he/she does not come, the 5 percent deposit will be forfeited.

3. All taxes payable to the Government of Nepal for the contract shall be paid by the contractor.

4. The bidder who bids the highest contract amount above the minimum contract amount will be accepted. The bidding process will start with the minimum contract amount of Rs. 33,07,500 (thirty-three lakh seven thousand, five hundred).

5. At the time of signing the contract, the contractor will have to deposit the amount equal to the first installment into the school's account.

6. After the contract is awarded, the contractor himself will be responsible for its protection, maintenance, management, profits, and losses.

7. The school shall have the sole right to accept or reject the contract awarded through the postal auction process, with or without assigning any reason.

8. Both competitors will have to bid only if the difference in bids is at least 25 (twenty-five) thousand rupees. news
