Notice regarding sale of non-commercial property

Since the non-commercial property in the name of this organization as per the details is to be sold in its present condition, the person or organization interested in purchasing it is hereby requested to submit a sealed bid to the organization's office, Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

1. Only bids submitted in a form certified by the organization with complete details will be accepted. Other uncertified or photocopied forms will not be accepted.

2. Sealed bids must be submitted to the central office of this organization, Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. by 2082/05/25. If that day falls on a holiday, it can be submitted the next day during office hours.

3. The bid form can be purchased by paying Rs. 500.- (Five hundred only).

4. The price quoted by the bidder should be clearly stated in figures and words without any confusion. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the price quoted in words shall be considered valid.

5. The amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount agreed upon shall be deposited in this organization's account No. 00311030244 at Lakshmi Sunrise Bank and the voucher thereof shall be attached with the bid.

6. The deposit amount cannot be returned or interest on the deposit amount can be claimed until a decision is made regarding the sale.

7. The envelope should be sealed with the signature of the bidder and the name and phone number of the bidder submitting the bid should be written on the outside of the envelope and it should be mentioned as a land sale bid.

8. The bids will be opened at 4:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice at the central office of this organization, Banepa-5, Kavre, in the presence of the bidder or his representative, the representative of the organization and other necessary representatives. If the said day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened on the next day at the same time as the office is open. Even if the person submitting the bid or the representative is not present, there will be no obstacle for the organization to open the bids.

9. No action will be taken on bids submitted after the deadline, in an irregular manner, or with any condition attached.

10. The organization shall have the sole right to accept or reject the confidential sealed bid.

11. If the bid is accepted, the bidder shall deposit the entire amount excluding the deposit with this organization within 15 days of receiving the notification and transfer the property. During the transfer, all taxes and expenses other than the fees and charges levied by the Land Revenue Office, capital gains tax, etc. shall be borne by the bidder.
