Lumbini Institute of Ophthalmology and Research Center/Shri Ran Ambika Shah Eye Hospital invited bids for the procurement of security services for the financial year 082/083 by publishing a notice in the national daily newspaper Mechikali on 18 Ashar 2082. The confidential sealed bids submitted by the 15 bidders who arrived within the stipulated date were opened on 07/04/2082 in the presence of a representative of the District Administration Office, Rupandehi. According to the comparative table, the following four bidders among the bidders who were effective were mentioned to have the same minimum annual bid amount. As per the decision of the Procurement Committee held on 15/04/2082, it has been decided to select the bidders of the tehsil by drawing lots in the presence of a representative of the District Administration Office, Rupandehi by publishing a notice of 7 (seven) days. Accordingly, the concerned bidders are hereby informed to appear on the following date, time and place along with the official authorization letter of the organization.
