 in accordance with the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, 2073 and the rules of the organization, in whatever condition they are, and the organization will recover the debt. Therefore, this 7-day notice has been published inviting individuals/firms/organizations interested in purchasing the assets to submit secret sealed bids subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the details.

1. Bidding forms can be purchased from the organization's head office for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 (one thousand rupees in words only).

2. While submitting the bid, the bidder must submit an original voucher depositing 10 percent of the bid amount into the organization's account number 05801010000112 at Global IME Bank.

3. Individuals/firms/organizations who wish to view the land being auctioned on site may contact the organization's central office during office hours.

4. The bidder must bear the entire amount payable to the Government of Nepal when transferring the land.

5. The remaining amount should be deposited and transferred within 15 days from the date of bid acceptance. Otherwise, the organization may forfeit the deposit amount.

6. Others - Last date for submission of bids: 19th Asoj 2082 within office hours
