detail

1) Rs. 3,000 for the tender form related to the supply of goods by the 30th day from the date of publication of this tender notice. (Non-refundable) Original voucher submitted to the current account number 348010001071301 of the National Bank of India, Amar Singh branch of this school, application for purchasing the tender and license of the firm or company, permanent account number, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate for transactions exceeding 20 lakhs, and a copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 080/81, certified by a notary public, should be brought along.

2) If the bidder is unable to be present to purchase the bid, the bid can also be purchased through a letter of approval. However, such a letter of approval (application) will be valid for only one person per firm.

3) The bids can be registered by filling in the blanks of the purchased bid and signing each page within 12.00 hrs of the 30th day or, if that day falls on a holiday, by 12.00 hrs of the next day, i.e., the day the office is open. The bids registered in this way will be opened on the same day, at 2.00 hrs, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at the school. There will be no obstacle in opening the bids even if the bidders or their representatives are not present on that day and time.

4) While submitting the bid, the amount of bid security as per the above table should be deposited in the account number mentioned in case 1 at the National Commercial Bank Amarsingh Chowk branch of Shree Shahid Smriti Residential Medium School and submitted along with the original voucher along with the bid, or an original copy of an unconditional bank guarantee (bid bond) with a validity of at least 120 days from the National Commercial Bank that has approved the amount.

5) When submitting the bid for registration, the bid envelope should be clearly marked with the words "Bid for the item for which the bid is being submitted" and the name, address, and phone number of the bidder should be clearly written on the top of the envelope, sealed with a lacquer seal, and delivered to the school.

6) The bidder must write the agreed rate clearly in figures and letters without any confusion. If there is a difference in figures and letters, the letters will not be accepted.

7) All taxes payable to the Government of Nepal shall be paid by the bidder himself. Other terms and conditions of the bid shall be as mentioned in the bid form.

8) Necessary checks will be made to ensure that the goods supplied are of good quality. The rates of all the materials mentioned in the bid form must be submitted in full.

9) Bids can be submitted for a single item or for more than one item as desired.

10) The company, firm or agent submitting the bid must supply the goods to be supplied by them to Shree Shahid Smriti Residential Secondary School, Pokhara 14, Majheripatan, Kaski.

11) It should be clearly stated in the bid whether the rate mentioned includes VAT or not.

12) The school reserves the right to accept or reject all bids received. No action will be taken against bids that are incomplete, expired, or conditional.

13) The supplier must supply only the goods as per the brand mentioned in the bid. If any other goods are supplied, the school will not be obliged to pay for them.

14) The quantity mentioned in the bid form may be increased or decreased by 20 percent.

15) While submitting the bid, the bidder must also submit a declaration that he/she is not blacklisted.

16) All matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the prevailing law.
