Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

1. The Bidder should be an entity registered under the Company Act, 2063 of Nepal or an entity registered under the appropriate act of the country where it is incorporated.

2. The Bidder should have an annual minimum turnover of NPR 3 Million or equivalent in average of last three financial years and should have a net profit position consecutively as per audited financial statements of last three financial years.

Bidder having prior experience with implementation, deployment and maintenance for Hydropower Project Management Solution in any financial institution shall be prioritized.

The detailed scope of work, terms & conditions can be found in the RFP document. Interested parties can obtain RFP document from the Bank's General Administration Department during office hours upon deposit of non-refundable RFP document fee.
