Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

1. The bidder should be Microsoft Certified Partner.

2. The bidder shall provide a Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) duly issued by Microsoft, authorizing the supply of the specified software and license in Nepal and for this project (in the name of the Bank).

3. The bidder should have implemented/supplied Microsoft Office 365 in at least one BFI in Nepal in the last three years.

4. The bidder should have at least one in-house professional with sufficient capacity to execute the work with technical competence and the bidder should provide details for the same.

5. The bidder must not be blacklisted, disqualified, involved in any pending litigation, or barred by any regulator, bank, or government entity in Nepal.

6. The bidder must have annual turnover of 15 million in FY 2080/81.

7. The bidder should be in profit position consecutively in past three fiscal years.
