Notice of invitation to tender for confidential sealed bids

Nepal Financial Reporting Standard-17, Insurance Contracts. In the context of being applicable to insurance companies from FY 2082/83, confidential sealed bids have been invited from interested domestic and foreign firms, companies and organizations for the implementation and implementation of NFRS 17 in this company. Interested firms and companies are requested to submit their confidential sealed bids to the following address within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Required documents to be submitted with the sealed bid

1. Proposal with technical profile of company, firm, or organization with at least 5 years of work experience.

2. Financial proposal with detailed timeline for implementation of NFRS-17, Insurance Contracts.

3. In the case of a foreign organization, a work agreement with a domestic company or firm.

4. Company/firm registration and PAN/VAT certificate.

5. Tax payment certificate of the company/firm for the past 3 (three) fiscal years.

6. Annual report (financial statement) of the company/firm for the last 3 (three) financial years.

7. Proof that the firm or company is not blacklisted.

8. When submitting a bid, a bid bond equal to at least 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted.

Conditions:

1. The sealed bids received will be opened on Tuesday, 17th Ashar, 2082. The Procurement Sub-Committee will study the opened sealed bids and proceed with the process for the necessary decision.

2. When submitting a bid, the bid amount must be stated in Nepali Rupees.

3. No action will be taken against bids that are incomplete and not received by the specified date.

4. The Company shall have the sole right to accept or reject or postpone the bids received.

5. The bid form can be obtained from the General Administration Department on payment of a fee of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) and if further information is required regarding the above proposal, the General Administration Department can be contacted at the following address. news
