Notice regarding invitation of bids

This notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit duly sealed bids within 21 (twenty-one) days (if it falls on a public holiday, the next day) from the date of publication of this notice for the construction of disabled and gender-friendly toilets in 5 schools in Tripura Sundari Municipality, Dolpa district under the "Girl Empowerment Project" (BBaGS) run in partnership with Social Awareness Center (SAC), Nepal and Plan International Nepal.

Required documents to be submitted:

1. Copy of Company Registrar Certificate

4. Copy of documents of similar work experiences previously recommended by the proposer

5. The proposer must attach a Bank Guarantee letter of 2.5 percent of the total proposed price (excluding VAT).

6. The Request for Proposal form, Terms of Reference (TOR) and BOQ can be obtained from the organization's website or from the link given below.

7. The last date for submission of bids is 2082.06.2 at 1:00 PM (office time) and the bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on 2082.06.02.

8. The area where the building will be constructed and the construction structure are as per the details.

Preference will be given to local construction contractor companies.

When giving the rate, the construction contractor company observes the geographical conditions of the school and health post area and submits documents.

It is encouraged not to.

The organization will retain full rights to accept or reject the bid, or accept it in part, and will only apply if the amount is approved by the development partner organization.
