1. Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Soru Rural Municipality, Jima, Mugu invites Electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Roadway Excavation, Rigid pavement and gabion works of Kalaidekhi Khatyad Sadak Staronnati tatha Slope Stabilization under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 6,023,336.18 (excluding VAT and PS).

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the online portal of PPMO by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee till 21st October, 2025 (2082 Kartik 04) 12:00 noon

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Soru Rural Municipality, Jima, Mugu at 10th October, 2025 10:00am (2082 Asoj 24)

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Soru Rural Municipality, Jima, Mugu through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 21st October, 2025 (2082 Kartik 04) 13:00 at Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Soru Rural Municipality, Jima, Mugu.

Bids must be valid for a period of 90 after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 1,53,000/-, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 18th February, 2026) (2082 Phagun 06).

If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
