Campus 1. Sukuna Multiple (under matching grant of University Grant Commission and Sukuna Multiple Campus) has allocated funds towards the cost of Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Laboratory Enhancement. and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Laboratory Enhancement., Contract Id SMC/UGC/G/NCB-02/2082/083. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

2. Sukuna Multiple Campus invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Laboratory Enhancement. having estimated amount 19,02,654.87 (Without VAT) under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding procedures.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Sukuna Multiple Campus, Sundarharaincha, Morang or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document Rs. 3000 (Three Thousand) in the account as specified below.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 2082-06-002 Sundarharaincha, Morang. cess locte BS, 14:00 hrs at Sukuna Multiple Campus,

6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp_on or before 12:00 hrs on 2082-06-22 BS. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2082-06-22 BS, at 14:00 hrs at the office of Sukuna Multiple Campus, Sundarharaincha, Morang. Bids must be valid for the period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of Nrs. 48000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. (i.e.2082-10-21 BS)
