2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Sundarbazar Municipality.

3. Bidder shall Purchase their bid electronically from www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document as mentioned on above table for the following Rajaswa (Revenue) Account as specified below.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Sundarbazar Municipality through PPMO's e-GP II system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hour (local time) on, 25th Sep, 2025.

5. Bid shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on 25th Sep, 2025 at the office of Sundarbazar Municipality. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount mention in above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Sundarbazar Municipality, Sundarbazar, Lamjung at 15th Sep, 2025 13:00 hours.

7. The purchase reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly anyor all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing/submission.

9. The goods mentioned in the bid will be purchased repeatedly. The amount of goods to be purchased may decrease or increase further according to the needs of the hospital as per ITB 39.1.
