1. Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive invites Electronic bids from eligible bidders for Invitation for Sealed Quotation for the procurement of Firm selection for notice publication on class A National daily newspaper under Sealed Quotation Bidding procedures.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at Office of Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal, Mulkharka, Okhaldhunga, or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

3. Bidder submit their bid electronically may purchase, download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp.. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost NRs 1,000 till 2082/03/26 (10uly2025) during valid hours of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher/Online deposit slip shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Sunkoshi Rural Municipality Office, Okhaldhunga through PPMO website www. bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 13:00 Noon on 10th july 2025 (2082/03/26) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 pm on 10th july 2025 (2082/03/26) at the Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Okhaldhunga. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 (fourty five days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs.44000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
