Notice of invitation for bids for the extension of the deadline for work related to internal revenue collection

As per the provisions of Sub-section 'D' of Section 11 of Chapter-3 of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and as per the approval of the Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) of Sunkoshi Village Executive, a contract has to be made for the collection of taxes by excavating, storing and exporting stones, sand and gravel from the mentioned places and within and outside the district. Interested individuals, firms or organizations licensed by the Government of Nepal are hereby invited to submit sealed bids within 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice, subject to the conditions as specified.

Bid Security: A bank guarantee of 3% of the bid amount or a genuine voucher deposited in the deposit account No. 14801003000002 of the National Commercial Bank of this rural municipality, Ramtar branch, Sindhuli or a guarantee issued in the name of this rural municipality by a bank recognized by the Government of Nepal with a validity of at least 90 days from the last date of submission of bids will have to be submitted. The amount of the security will be returned only after the agreement is reached.
