Notice regarding invitation to tender for income.

Within the Sunwal Municipality area, for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/083, the following income contracts have to be arranged through sealed bids, and this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to submit sealed bids within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, in order to collect tax fees based on the rate determined by the Sunwal Municipality Finance Act, 2082.

The contract amount must be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the words will be given priority.

2. The original voucher of the deposit amount of 5 percent of the number of points awarded by the bidder must be submitted to this municipality's deposit account No. 96CA500968524004 N. I. C. Asia Bank Ltd. Sunwal Branch.

3. The bid form will be available from Sunwal Municipality upon payment of a fee of Rs. 1000.- (non-refundable).

The duly sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the 8th day (Ashar 31) from the date of publication of the notice. The bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the office representative and the bidder or his representative. However, even if the bidder's representative is not present, there will be no impediment to opening the bids.

Within 7 (seven) days of acceptance of the bid, 13% of the bid amount will be deposited as M.A. Tax and 1.5% advance income tax under the relevant revenue heading and the bid amount will be deposited at the municipality office and the lease will be collected. If the amount is paid in lump sum, a discount will be given as per the Sunwal Municipality Finance Act, 2082.

Contractors who have outstanding arrears on past income contracts in this municipality will not be allowed to participate in the contract until the outstanding amount is paid.

6. If the day of registration and opening of the bid form falls on a holiday, the next day, when the office is open, will be considered valid.

7. The period of the mentioned income contract will be in effect until the end of Ashar, BS 2083.

8. Firms or companies must attach certified copies of the firm's renewal certificate, taxpayer certificate, and tax payment certificate.
