15-day public notice regarding the sale of non-banking assets (real estate) in the name of the organization

As per the decision of the Board of Directors of this organization dated 19th Jestha 2082, the houses and land of the specified Bamejim, which are non-banking assets in the name of the organization, are being sold in the same condition as they are, through a confidential sealed bid. Those who are interested in purchasing the said houses and land are advised to submit the bid form prescribed by the organization within 15 days from today.

Conditions:

1) You have to purchase the bid form by paying Rs. 100.

2) Real estate and land should be purchased in the same condition as it is.

3) 10 percent of the agreed amount must be deposited in the organization's bank or margin account and the remaining amount must be paid to the organization within 3 days of the bid being accepted.

4) The registration fee at the Land Revenue Office will have to be borne by the buyer.

5) Last date for submission of bid form: Monday, 16th Ashar, 2082, till 12 noon.

7) All rights related to the auction shall remain vested in the organization.

6) The date, time and place of bid opening are as follows.
