Bid Validity Period for all Contracts 90(Ninty)days.

1. Bidders may obtain further information at the Office of Suryabinayak Municipality; Katunje, Bhaktapur. Only eligible bidders with the key qualif as mentioned in the Bidding Document should participate in this bidding

2. Bidder's must submit/upload scan copies of Bidder's registration, Manufacturing/Supplying registration, VAT registration all valid for Fisca 2082/083 and with scan copy(pdf format) of a non-refundable fee bank voucher as indicated in the table above till the last date.

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Suryabinayak Municipality; Katunje, Bhaktapur at 13:00 hrs on 2025Sept. 26.

4. Bidder's must download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Electronics Bids must be sul to the office of Suryabinayak Municipality; Katunje, Bhaktapur through PPMO Website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 9 2025.Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 9 th Oct.. 2025, 12:15 PM, at the office of Suryab Municipality; Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid for a period of Bid Validity Period (days) indicated above from the date of bid opening and r accompanied by a bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid or cash deposit voucher in Dharauti Khata 0082050042120017 Suryabinayak Nagarpalika in NIC Asia Bank Limited. Bid Document fee(non refundable) must be deposit on Account No Antarik Rajaswa Khata Suryabinayak Nagarpalika 0082050042120003 in NIC Asia Bank Limited.

6. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee shall resemble with the format provided in bidding document and must be un-conditional. The bids

which do not resemble with the specified format or which are conditional shall be considered void.

7. Bidders are advised to visit the construction site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their Bids.

8. All the rights as to whether to accept or reject the bid partially or fully are reserved to Suryabinayak Municipality; Katunje, Bhaktapur.

9. Any amendment to the tender notice shall be published in notice board of Suryabinayak Municipality.
