As some generators and electric charging stations as per the approved specifications are to be purchased for this hospital through sealed bids, sealed bids are invited from interested firms or suppliers subject to the following conditions and to be submitted by 12:00 PM on the 16th.

1. Bid forms can be purchased from this hospital by paying the bid fee (non-refundable) by Bhadra 24, 2082. Along with the application for purchasing the bid form, certified copies of the bidder's firm registration certificate (including renewal), value added tax registration certificate, power of attorney, and tax clearance certificate of FY 2080.081 can be submitted to this hospital and the bid can be purchased.

2. The completed and sealed bid form, along with the details of the work, bid number, name of the bidder's firm, and address written on the outside of the envelope, should be registered in this office by 12 noon on Bhadra 25, 2082. The registered bids will be opened at this hospital on the same day at 1 pm. Even if the bidder or their representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

3. The rate must be written in both numbers and letters. If there is a difference between the numbers and letters, the letter will be considered.

4. The sealed bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with a minimum validity of 120 days issued by a recognized commercial bank or a voucher deposited in the name of this hospital in Global IME Bank Ltd., Sankhu, Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital, Account No. 32601010000872, as security, as mentioned below.

5. If the last day for purchasing, submitting, and opening sealed bids falls on a holiday, the same activities will be carried out on the next day the hospital is open.

6. No action will be taken against bids that are not registered within the deadline, are not in compliance with the rules, and are submitted with any conditions.

7. Bid forms purchased in the name of one firm cannot be submitted in the name of another firm.

8. This hospital reserves the right to accept, reject, partially accept or cancel the sealed bid.

9. For detailed information, you can contact the hospital office during hospital hours or view the information posted on the notice board.

10. In the case of other matters not covered in this notice, the prevailing Public Procurement Act and rules will apply.

11. Detailed specifications of the generator and electric charging station equipment to be purchased have been posted on the notice board of this hospital.
