As the purchase of vehicles as mentioned in the details for this financial institution is to be done through sealed bid, this notice is published for submission of sealed bids subject to the following conditions from interested firms/companies with experience in the related work.

Bidding Conditions:

1. Firms/companies wishing to participate in the tender shall purchase and submit tenders for the services mentioned above. Tender documents for the work they wish to undertake may be purchased from the central office during office hours on the 15th day (if that day falls on a holiday, the next day) from the date of publication of this notice, non-refundable, by paying Rs. 500.- (Five hundred rupees only in words) per tender.

2. When purchasing the bid form, the concerned firm and company will have to submit an official application along with the renewed firm registration certificate, permanent account number (including VAT), and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081.

3. The bid submission must be completed by the institution at the central office of this financial institution, Banepa, Kavre, by 10:00 AM on the 16th day (if that day falls on a holiday) from the date of publication of the notice.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his authorized representative on the 16th day (or the first day after the office is open if that day falls on a holiday) from the date of first publication of the notice. The absence of the bidder or his authorized representative shall not be considered an obstacle to the opening of the bids.

5. Along with the bid, an original bank voucher depositing 5 percent (five percent) of the total bid amount in this financial institution's account number 0490100000066201 at Citizen Bank International Limited, Banepa or a bank guarantee issued in favor of this financial institution with a validity period of 90 days from the date of submission of the bid must be enclosed.

6. Detailed information regarding the bid and other terms and conditions related to the bid and the work to be done shall be as mentioned in the bid form and other matters shall be as mentioned in the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments) and the regulations of the financial institution.

7. The financial institution shall have the sole right to accept or reject the bids received or to accept them only partially. The financial institution shall not be obliged to disclose or provide any information regarding such action.
