Stationery Printing & Delivery

Bidding Conditions:

1. Firms/companies wishing to participate in the tender shall purchase and submit the tender documents for the services mentioned above. The tender documents for the work they wish to undertake may be purchased from the central office of this financial institution at Banepa, Kavre during office hours on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a holiday, the next day will be the day the office is open) against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.- (Five hundred rupees only) per tender.

2. When purchasing the bid form, the concerned firm and company will have to submit an official application along with the renewed firm registration certificate, permanent account number (including VAT), and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081.

3. The bid must be submitted to the central office of this financial institution, Banepa, Kavre, by 12:00 PM on the 16th day (if that day falls on a holiday, the first day the office is open thereafter) from the date of publication of the notice.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his authorized representative on the 16th day from the date of first publication of the notice (or the first day after that on which the office is open if that day falls on a holiday). The absence of the bidder or his authorized representative shall not be considered as an impediment to the opening of the bids.

5. Along with the bid, an original bank voucher depositing 5 percent of the bid amount in this financial institution's account number 0490100000066201 at Citizens Bank International Limited, Banepa or a bank guarantee issued in favor of this financial institution with a validity period of 90 days from the date of submission of the bid must be enclosed.

6. Detailed details of the bid and other terms and conditions of the bid and the work to be done shall be as mentioned in the bid form and other matters shall be as mentioned in the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments) and the regulations of the financial institution.

7. The financial institution shall have the sole right to accept or reject the bids received or to accept them only partially. The financial institution shall not be obliged to disclose or provide any information regarding such action.
