According to Section 11 G. (6) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, as per the rate passed by the Tarakhola Rural Municipality, Village Assembly, the contract has to be arranged in a manner that increases from the annual minimum amount based on the rate specified for the fiscal year 2082/083, the individuals, firms or companies wishing to take the contract for this work are required to submit their firm renewal certificate, VAT tax registration certificate and a copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081 and purchase the bidding documents in a formal manner.

Bidding Conditions:
1. Bid forms can be purchased from the Revenue Branch of the office by paying the prescribed fee within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice or by submitting a voucher showing the amount deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 1670109851000063 of this office at Prabhu Bank Tarakhola branch. The purchased bids must be registered in this office by 12 noon on 25/04/2082. The sealed bids that have been duly registered will be opened in this office at 2 pm on the same day.
2. While submitting the bid, the bid amount should be clearly written in figures and words and the original bank voucher of depositing a deposit amount of at least 5 percent of the bid amount in the deposit account No. 1670109851000023 of this office at Prabhu Bank, Tarakhola Branch must be attached.
3. Bids submitted by individuals, firms or companies that have not previously received a contract for any work from this office and have not settled the amount will not be accepted, but there will be no obstacle to submitting a bid if the settlement is made before submitting the bid.
4. No action will be taken against bids submitted with any conditions, sent by post, or not duly completed.
5. When collecting taxes, they shall be collected only at the rate specified by the rural municipality.
6. The selected bidder for the contract will have to deposit 20 percent of the contract amount at the time of signing the contract, and the remaining 80 percent will have to submit a bank guarantee valid for 30 days beyond the end date of the contract. In addition, the remaining 80 percent will have to be deposited quarterly by Ashar 20, 2083, and the contract period will be until mid-Ashar.
