1. Thatikandh Rural Municipality (TRM), Office of Rural Municipal Executive has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of following Contracts stated in table below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. TRM, Dailekh invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of following projects stated in table, under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in the bidding.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Thatikandh Rural Municipality Telephone No:- 9858060955 or may visit PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding document for E-submission from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders who submitting their bids electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified below) of bidding document in the rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of Bank Deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of Electronic submission of bids. 5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on before 12:00 Noon October 19, 2025 (2082/07/02). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. Prebid meeting shall not be held.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at October 19, 2025 (2082/07/02) at 14:00 Hours at the office of TRM, Dailekh. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of bid security in pdf format in case of E-bid amounting to a minimum as specified in table as follows, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. If a bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the name of the bank as below.
