1. The Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal (GWTN) invites sealed bid from eligible and interested bidders/suppliers/companies for the supply and delivery of the following categories of items (e.g. Hearing Aid Devices and Assistive Devices) at various delivery locations as designated by GWTN and as specified in the respective bid documents. Due to the nature of the supplies, the purchaser does not accept bids applied by Joint Venture (JV) Companies for this procurement.

2. A complete set of bid documents can be purchased from Procurement Cell, Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal, British Gurkhas Pokhara, Kaski, Nepal. (Tel: 061-567327, Email: Procurement@gwtnepal.org) on the submission of an application along with a copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate upon successful payment of non-refundable fee of total NPR3,000.00 (In words Nepalese Rupees Three Thousand only) for a single or multiple Packages till 29 August 2025 (1700hrs).

3. Sealed Bids along with all the required documents (hardcopy) must be submitted on or before 01 September 2025 (1200hrs). Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted. Final bid selection will be done only after completing evaluation of all the bids received so far. GWT(N) will not be obliged to accept the lowest quoted bids.
