INVITATION FOR BIDDING FOR COULD BASED DR SITE

The Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal (GWT(N)), the field arm of Gurkha Welfare Trust UK, a registered charitable Trust working particularly for the Ex-Gurkha veterans and their wider communities across Nepal needs to design, implement, and manage a cloud-based Disaster Recovery (DR) solution facility as outlines in the given Terms of Reference (ToR). Interested eligible vendors having at least 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud migration and DR solutions, are invited to submit a competitive sealed bids (Double Envelopes) for the same.

The successful bidder should complete the project within 6 months from the contract award date. The contract may be awarded for 3 years' time, subject to the satisfactory performance of the provider, which shall be reviewed and mutually negotiated on an annual basis.

Bid documents are available upon successful payment of NPR3,000.00 (In words Nepalese Rupees Three Thousand only) (non-refundable) till 16 July 2025 (17:00hrs) through Bank Deposit/Transfer. All completed sealed bids (hardcopy with proper wax seals) along with required documents should be submitted to Procurement Department, HQ GWT Nepal, British Gurkhas Pokhara on or before 17 July 2025 (1200hrs) at the latest.
