As per the decision of the Executive Committee of this organization, it is necessary to purchase the land as per the details for the research work of this organization in accordance with the objectives of the organization. Therefore, individuals/associations interested in selling the land are requested to submit their sale proposals subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the details to the office of this organization, The Leprosy Mission Nepal, Kusunti Heights, Lalitpur from 2082/05/08 to 2082/05/22 within 4 PM. 1. Interested individuals/associations/organizations shall submit their sales proposals within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. If the last day for submission of sales proposals and the day of opening falls on a public holiday, the day following the holiday shall be considered the last day for submission of proposals and the day of opening. In addition, the proposals will be opened at the central office of this organization at 10:00 AM on the day following the last day for submission of proposals.

2. The proposed land should be connected to the main road by about 8 meters.

3. The price per ropani of land to be sold shall be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any dispute regarding this, the price written in words shall prevail.

4. A clearly visible blueprint map of the plot number of the land must be included.

5. A location map showing the location of the land and a map with the boundaries of the land marked on that map must be submitted.

6. The application of the landowner or the document of authority to apply, a copy of the landowner's proof of ownership, a copy of the landowner's citizenship certificate, and a copy of the receipt for payment of the current tax year must be attached to the proposed land.

7. The area of ​​the land mentioned in the landowner registration certificate and the area mentioned in the field measurement, whichever is less, will be established.

8. In the case of institutional land, a copy of the landowner registration certificate and a document proving the identity and power of attorney of the authorized person must also be submitted.

9. When submitting the proposal, the envelope should be marked "Proposal for Land Sale for The Leprosy Mission Nepal" and the location of the proposal should be mentioned on the envelope. Open the envelope, seal it and register it at the given address within the specified deadline.

10. There should be no dispute or litigation regarding the proposed land and a self-declaration should be submitted.

11. If the presented land is held as collateral in any bank, financial institution or other body, full details of the same must also be submitted.

12. The organization shall retain all rights to proceed with/not proceed with the proposed land purchase process, and to purchase/not purchase.
