The Local Adaptation to Climate Change (LACC) Project promotes sustainable and inclusive livelihoods and natural resource management in Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces in Nepal. The LACC Project supports local communities to adapt to the impacts of climate change and environmental changes, aiming to secure livelihoods and improve living conditions. The 5-year project is implemented by Cowater International Finland Oy and funded by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the European Union..

1. The LACC Project invites sealed bids from the eligible vendors for the supply and delivery of vehicles on duty-free. The requirement is summarized below.

3. All sealed bids/offers must be submitted before 17:00 hours on 20 August 2025. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

4. Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 22 August 2025 at the office as stated above in clause (2). Bids must be valid for 45 days from the date of closing of bid submission.

5. LACC Project reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever
