2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased or information may obtain from the Procurement department of NEP/TIO by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable bid document fee within office hours (8:00 to 16:00).

3. Non-refundable bid document fee should be deposited on Prabhu Bank Ltd., Account No. 0010079046500441 on name of Nepal Eye Program.

4. Under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope with clearly mention submitted by, submitted to and project name.

5. NEP/TIO reserves the right to accept or reject in part or whole of any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

6. The Bids will be opened on the date/time as mentioned above in the presence of Bidder's representative who wishes to attend.

7. If last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
