Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the buyback

procurement of existing three (3) sets Phacoemulsification and two (2) sets Anterior and Posterior Vitrectomy machine and the supply, installation, and commissioning of new machines as detailed below.

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased or information may obtain from the Procurement department of NEP/TIO by eligible Bidders.

3. Non-refundable bid document fee should be deposited on Prabhu Bank Ltd., Account No. 0010079046500441 on the name of Nepal Eye Program. Bid Id: NEP/TIO/BB/Equipment-01/2082/83

4. Under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope with clearly mention submitted by, submitted to and project name.

5. NEP/TIO reserves the right to accept or reject in part or whole of any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
