30-day notice regarding invitation to bid for Kawadi goods export contract

In accordance with Section 59 of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and Chapter 12 of the Tilottama Municipality Public Procurement Regulations 2076 BS, the work of collecting export tax on goods on consignment for two fiscal years (the remaining period of 2082/083 and 083/084) has to be contracted through a contract process, and bids are invited from firms willing to perform the work subject to the following conditions.

Conditions:

1. The application along with the cash receipt or original voucher of Rs. 3000.- (non-refundable) deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 1052055499599012 of NIC Asia Bank Manigram Branch, along with the firm registration certificate, income tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, can be obtained from the Revenue Branch of this office during the office hours of the 30th day from the date of publication of this notice. The bid form should be submitted to the Tilottama Municipality office by 12:00 on the 31st day. 9
