1. The Lumbini Province Government has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Trail Bridge and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Fabrication, Supply, Transportation, Construction and Erection of Trail Bridges in Lump sum Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. Road Infrastructure Development Office, Rukum East invites Electronic Bid from eligible Bidders for the Fabrication, Supply, Transportation, Construction and Erection of following Trail Bridges through construction turnkey package (CTP) under national competitive bidding procedures.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at Road Infrastructure Development Office, Rukum East or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs 5,000/-) in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5. Bidders must submit copy of company registration/renewal, VAT/PAN registration, Business registration/renewal and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2080/81.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Road Infrastructure Development Office, East Rukum on August 7, 2025, at 11:00 PM.

Electronic bids must be submitted to the Road Infrastructure Development Office, East Rukum through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. on or before August 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at August 17, 2025, 13:00 hrs at the Road Infrastructure Development Office, Rukum East Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy ofthe bid security amounting as below in pdf format, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid counted from the bid opening date

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
