Notice of Invitation to Open Bids

The Public Canteen, located in an area of ​​52 square meters in the Air Cargo Complex of the Civil Aviation Office of Tribhuvan International Airport, has to be awarded through a bidding process with a minimum contract amount of Rs. 79,85,389/- (Rupees Eighty-nine Lakh Eighty-five Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-nine in characters only) for a period of 5 (five) years. Interested organizations/firms/companies that have obtained a license from the concerned body to conduct cafe/hotel/restaurant/lounge/catering service related business are requested to deposit Rs. 169010000011006 in the name of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal in the current account number 1690100000011006 in the name of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal within the 21st day (2082/04/11) from the date of publication of this notice. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit the bid along with the required documents to the Corporate Division of this office by 12:00 PM on the 22nd day (2082/04/12) by submitting a deposit of 3,390/- (three thousand three hundred and ninety rupees in characters) and submitting the original voucher and other necessary documents during office hours.
