The bid forms will be opened in the meeting room of this office on the above-mentioned date and time in the presence of authorized representatives along with proof of identity of the representative (even if not present). If the specified day falls on a public holiday, it will be opened on the next day. No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline and not submitted in accordance with the procedure.
